Mail-in repair shipping
Energize Sat offers nationwide mail-in repair for eligible devices. Customers should contact us before shipping a device so we can confirm the issue, provide next steps, and help identify the correct shipping destination and repair process.
Packaging responsibility
Customers are responsible for packaging devices securely before shipment. Use a sturdy box, protective padding, and a shipping method with tracking. Remove accessories that are not needed for the repair unless we specifically request them. Back up important data before shipping whenever possible.
Inbound shipping
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for inbound shipping costs, insurance, and the risk of loss or damage while the device is in transit to Energize Sat. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Return shipping
Return shipping options and costs may vary by device, repair type, customer location, and selected service level. Return shipping charges may be included in the estimate or invoiced separately. A signature requirement or insurance may be added when appropriate.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a package arrives damaged or is lost by a carrier, the customer may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier for inbound shipments. For return shipments arranged by Energize Sat, we will assist with available carrier claim information where applicable.
Turnaround times
Shipping and repair timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, parts availability, diagnosis time, customer approval, payment timing, or other factors outside our control.
