Repair Warranty
This page explains the 30-day limited warranty for approved repair labor provided by Energize Sat.
Warranty period
Energize Sat provides a 30-day limited warranty on approved repair labor. The warranty begins on the date the repaired device is delivered to or collected by the customer.
What is covered
The warranty applies only to the same problem and specific repair listed on the customer-approved written estimate and final invoice. If the same covered problem returns during the warranty period because of Energize Sat's workmanship, Energize Sat will inspect the device and, when appropriate, repeat the covered repair labor without an additional labor charge.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover unrelated or newly developed problems, accidental or liquid damage, misuse, abuse, normal wear, power surges, malware or reinfection, data loss, customer-supplied parts, third-party repair, unauthorized modification, shipping damage, or damage outside Energize Sat's control. Replacement parts are covered only by any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty.
Warranty service process
The customer must contact Energize Sat within the 30-day warranty period at (888) 262-6753 or info@energizesat.com. Energize Sat may require the device, approved estimate, and final invoice to evaluate the claim. Warranty inspection does not automatically establish coverage.
Relationship to refunds
When a covered workmanship issue can reasonably be corrected, warranty re-performance is the primary remedy. Refund eligibility remains subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
