Yes. Local on-site visits are available for customers who prefer help at their home or workplace. Send your location and the device issue so the right service option can be recommended.
Diagnosis and preparation of the written estimate are normally completed within 1-3 business days after the device is received. Approved repairs are normally completed within 3-10 business days after estimate approval and payment, subject to parts availability and other disclosed delays.
No. A repair request authorizes diagnosis only so Energize Sat can prepare a written estimate. Repairs begin only after you approve the estimate. Repair payment is collected only after approval and before the repaired device is returned or shipped.
Energize Sat provides a 30-day limited warranty on approved repair labor, beginning when the repaired device is delivered or collected. It applies only to the same problem and repair listed on the approved estimate and final invoice. See the Repair Warranty for exclusions.
