At EnergizeSat, we provide high-quality computer and laptop repair services. Since we are a service-based business and not a physical e-commerce store, our refund and cancellation policy applies specifically to the services we offer.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a service request within 24 hours of booking, provided that work has not yet commenced. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email info@energizesat.com with your order details.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our repair services. However, refunds are provided under the following conditions:
If the service is canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
If the service was not delivered as promised or was incomplete due to our fault, we will issue a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.
If an issue persists despite multiple repair attempts and we determine it cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:
Diagnostic fees (if applicable)
Completed repair services
Software installation, virus removal, or optimization services that have already been performed
Custom or specialized IT solutions tailored to a client’s request
Service Rework & Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with the completed service, you may request a rework or adjustment within 7 days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
