Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service request within 24 hours of booking, provided that work has not yet commenced. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email info@energizesat.com with your order details.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our repair services. However, refunds are provided under the following conditions:

  • If the service is canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the service was not delivered as promised or was incomplete due to our fault, we will issue a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

  • If an issue persists despite multiple repair attempts and we determine it cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Service Rework & Adjustments
